Many of us have already upgraded BBM to version 7, support voice
call is one of the features that appeal to most people, but many of
them are experiencing Error “Voice Chat Connection Cannot Be
Established” on BlackBerry Messenger 7, even though we are already
connected to the Wi-Fi Connection.
Here are the steps that can be taken to fix the problem;
example here is using Windows OS :
On Computer
- Press the Windows/Start key + R
- Type CMD
- Type Ipconfig
- It would appear Default Gateway: Ex; 192.168.X.XXX
On the BlackBerry:
- Open Option
- Select Networks...
